8 tips to have healthy lifestyle with a busy schedule
Healthy lifestyle and fitness is the secret behind a long , enjoyable and active life and a lot of people wants to be healthier, but they have lots of work to do and they are busy and they think that to be healthier they need huge change in their lifestyle.
To be honest you don’t need to change your whole lifestyle to be healthier so to live a healthy lifestyle with a busy schedule follow these tips and it will be easier for you to have a healthy lifestyle with busy schedule.
1- Make a list : it is the perfect way to focus on something without wasting your time and it helps you to be less stressed, here an advice create your list and then number each activity in regards to how much this activity is important, and now you have your list ready try to do this every morning to organize you day.
2- workout: you don’t have to workout for hours! It is okay if you do 3 kinds of workout per day like you can do abs work for 5 minutes , then you can do a kettle bell for 5 minutes and another 5 minutes to do squats. You can workout for 15 minutes daily and you can change the exercises everyday.
3- eat less: They say "smaller bowls and plates, but taller glasses" that means you can change your bowls and plates and make it smaller The reason of doing this that our brain thinks that we are eating the same amount of food, but in reality, we are eating less, and also don’t forget to drink more!.
4- drink 2 cups of water before eating: it cause moderate weight loss after 12 weeks. Drinking water after you wake up, before eating lunch and dinner.
5- relax: busy lifestyle always make people stress and as we know stress make people overeating, smoking, drinking and more so exercise always make people take their stress out and relax.
6- plan your meals: if you decided what you will eat in the last minute then for sure it will be unhealthy quick food, but if you plan your meals from the beginning of your day then you will be able to eat healthy food and don’t ruin your healthy lifestyle.
7- get enough sleep: you have to sleep 6-8 hours daily to be healthier.
8- fruits and vegetables: you have to eat at least 5-6 fruits and vegetables in each day, they say " an apple a day keeps the doctor away" so fruits and vegetables help you to have high-quality nutrients and it makes you stay away from diseases and it will give you energy to continue your busy day.
